Determination of the response factor of a customer-specific gas
Configure PID sensor to isobutylene (IBUT).

Adjust zero point and sensitivity.

Apply gas to the sensor using customer gas of known concentration

(e.g. 150 ppm) and wait for stable measurement value.
Make a note of the displayed measurement value (e.g. 120 ppm)

and determine the response factor as follows.
RF = (desired value / actual value) = (150 ppm / 120 ppm) = 1.25
Turn off the gas flow and set the sensor to the freely configurable

gas (VOC1, VOC2,...).
After the short and the long gas names have been entered, enter the

response factor of the gas to be measured by pressing the »
