Do not select training modes that are either too extreme or
incompatible with the health, age and physical prowess of
the user.
Setting parameters must be overseen by an experienced and
responsible adult.
Even though the product simulates road-like conditions, make
sure your posture on the bicycle is proper and comfortable.
Should you experience any discomfort or pain while working
out, stop using the home trainer right away and consult your
physician.

DESCRIPTION AND FEATURES

The Rivo with Cog and Click is an innovative roller, which
while maintaining the very high performance characteristics
of the Elite rollers, such as the broad braking torque range,
direct and precise measurement of the power developed by
the cyclist, extreme roundness of pedalling and compatibility
with open communication standards, adds a new feature: the
Zwift Cog and Click.
The Zwift Cog replaces the regular roller sprocket cassette
with a single sprocket device. Obviously, having only one
sprocket prevents the traditional mechanical gearbox shift,
which is replaced by a virtual ratio gearbox shift.
This solution has many advantages: it avoids the noise and
wear of the gearbox shift, and provides an immediate gear-
box shift even under maximum effort as well as being compa-
tible with 8 to 12 speed/gear ratio.
In addition, thanks to the Virtual gearbox there is no need to
have a double control, for front and rear derailleur, instead
a simple command is enough for a much easier sequential
gearbox (with 24 gear ratios).
To manage the virtual exchange, we have included the Zwift
Click. A small device with two buttons (one to increase the
gear ratio and the other to decrease it) that can be easily
applied in any position on the handlebar.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

Cog:
• 18-tooth single sprocket
Click:
• Communication: Bluetooth
• Power source: CR2032 battery
• Product size: 47 x 47 x 13 mm
• Weight: 51 grams
• Battery life: >100 hours

Power value accuracy

Power data sent by home trainer is the result of multiple
calculations. These calculations take into account pedalling
speed, hometrainer brake and other factors.
Elite calibrates every single home trainer in order to improve
accuracy and reduce any margin of error, though some factors
might change over time and thus decrease power accuracy.
Spindown is a hometrainer calibration procedure that evaluates
changes arising from prolonged use and compensates their
influence on the resistance generated by the hometrainer.
Procedure:
It's important to conduct the calibration when the hometrainer
has been working for at least 10 minutes.
