HEIDENHAIN AUTOMATIC OPERATION
The parameters Q1899-Q1940, QR59-QR67 are overwritten during the measurement
process. The sub-program collection comprises standard measurement cycles for the
controller Heidenhain iTNC 530 / TNC 640. The sub-program folders must be saved

cycles work exclusively with the XControl.

The position of the XControl in the tool axis is determined with a reference tool with
the length 128.44 mm. On the controller, it is possible to check in the file folder
XCONTROL in the file L_L_POS1.TAB whether the reference position of the XControl
in the tool axis was saved.
When reconfiguring the XControl, the existing reference value is moved to row 1 of
column HEIGHT and the current reference value is written in row 0. A values compar-
ison is possible.
