Turning off
Keep the key (B) pressed for about 6 seconds

to stop the cooking cycle and switch the
appliance off .
The mains light (P) comes on.
Cut off the mains electricity supply using the

appliance's master switch.
To start and stop the appliance, proceed as
follows.
Starting
Switch on the appliance (see page 10).

Press key (B) and then key (E) to activate the

oil "melting" procedure.
When the preheating temperature is reached
the beeper sounds.
Press key (E) o deactivate the "melting" func-

tion.
The temperature is maintained at 90°C until
cooking starts.
Press key (C) to activate the temperature

input mode.
Press keys (F-G) to set the cooking tempera-

ture.
The data set on the control panel are retained
in the memory until the electricity supply is
turned off .

Wichtig
If the electricity supply is cut off for less than
20-40 seconds, the cooking cycle restarts au-
tomatically.
If the blackout lasts more than 40 seconds,
press key (B) to restart the cooking cycle.
