Post-rinsing

1. After the counter has stopped, remove the portafilter from the brew
group and rinse out with fresh water.
2. Insert the portafilter in the brew group.
3. Briefly press one of the brew buttons to start the brewing process.
4. Wait until the pressure has built up and 9 bar is displayed on the pump
pressure gauge.
5. Press the flashing brew button again.
Pressure is released and residual water drained via the residual water

outlet.
6. Repeat steps 4 to 6 until clear water comes out into the drip tray.
The brew group is now ready to use.
