Cleaning the steam and hot water nozzles after use
Clean the steam nozzle and hot water nozzle immediately after every use so
that liquid residues can be removed and do not dry on.
1.
Wipe the nozzles with a moistened microfiber cloth. If necessary, hold
the steam wand by the rubber handle when doing this.
2.
Make sure that there are no residues on the nozzles.

Cleaning a blocked steam nozzle
NOTICE
Damage to the machine
Not cleaning the steam nozzle properly could damage it.
• Insert sharp objects for cleaning carefully into the nozzle.
• Make sure that the gasket between the nozzle and the thread is
correctly positioned.
If the steam nozzle is blocked, no steam can come out. Clean the inside of the
nozzle as follows:

Switch off the machine and let it cool down.
2.
Unscrew the nozzle (2, Fig. 9) of the steam wand by hand and place it to
the side.
3.
Carefully clean the holes of the nozzle with a needle or paper clip.
4.
Screw the nozzle and gasket (1, Fig. 9) back on.

Cleaning the machine housing
Wipe the housing with a soft, moistened cloth to remove dirt. Then wipe it dry
with a soft cloth.
