residual risks that may arise when using the machine. In order to prevent
personal injury and property damage, please read these instructions carefully
and follow them when using the machine.

General safety instructions

Follow all safety information and warnings in these operating
instructions.
•
This machine may be used by children over 8 years old and by people
with physical, sensory or mental disabilities or those with a lack of
experience or knowledge if they are supervised or have been instructed
on how to safely use the machine and understand the resulting risks.
•
The machine, its accessories, and its packaging materials are not toys.
Do not let children play with them, as children could injure themselves
or others or damage the device. Keep the device and all its parts,
accessories, and packaging materials out of the reach of small children.
•
Cleaning and servicing work may not be carried out by children without
supervision.
•
Only connect the machine up to a mains voltage that meets the
specifications on the nameplate.
•
The mains plug serves as the mains disconnection device and must
always be freely accessible.
•
Always pull on the actual plug and not on the cable when removing the
mains plug. Do not pull the mains plug out of the socket if you have wet
or damp hands.
•
If the power cable is damaged, it must be repaired immediately by a
qualified professional in order to exclude or prevent any hazards.
•
Do not power the machine via an external switching device, for example
a timer, or connect it to a circuit that is regularly switched on and off by
a device.
•
Do not put the machine in a cupboard or on a shelf during use.
•
Always take the plug out of the socket and allow the machine to cool to
room temperature before performing any cleaning and servicing work.
•
Do not immerse the machine in water, hold it under running water, or
operate it with wet hands.
•
No liquids may get on the mains plug of the machine or on the socket.
