Cleaning Cycle

The cleaning cycle cleans the shower
screen and back-flushes the group head.
Select this feature when the LCD display
shows "CLEAN ME!". For more informati-

To Set the Clock
Tip:
You can select the clock format: 12h
format or 24h format. See: ›To Select
12h or 24h Clock Format (CLoC)‹.
However, setting the clock is optional.
1. Press the MENU button to switch to
program mode.

3. Press the SELECT dial. The current time
will flash.
4. Turn the SELECT dial to adjust time.
5. With the correct time shown, press
the SELECT dial to set. The Espresso
Machine will beep once to confirm
the new setting and return to standby
mode.

Programming the Auto Start Function
Note:
The clock must be set before the Auto
Start time can be programmed (see
above: ›To Set the Clock‹). If you try to
turn Auto Start on without first setting the
clock, the Espresso Machine will beep
3 times. With the Auto Start function
active, a clock icon will be displayed
on the LCD display.
Auto Start is optional. It allows you to pro-
gram the specific time when the Espresso
Machine will automatically turn on. Thus,
you will not have to wait for heating the
boilers. We recommend programming
the Espresso Machine to start 15 minutes
before you plan to use it.
