Warranty

Obvious defects must be announced within 8 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise the customer

looses all titles for compensation of such faults. On the condition that they are handled correctly, we

guarantee our machines for the legal warranty period from the date of delivery in such a way that

every machine part that shows provable defects due to material or manufacturing faults and becomes

useless for this reason, will be replaced without charge. For parts we do not manufacture ourselves,

the warranty period is limited to that we are granted by our suppliers. The costs of fitting the new

parts are paid by the buyer. Claims for returning the goods or reducing the price, or other claims for

indemnification, are excluded.
