Safety pressure device
The complete safety pressure device can be tilted
upwards.
Release the clamping lever (5) and pull the locking pin
opposite.

Guide rail

With short workpieces, the guide rail is fitted to bridge
the distance between the moulding fences.

Correct setting

Indispensable for safe working!
• Select the milling tool and the matching insert ring.
• Check the milling tool, replace any damaged cutters.
• Choose the rpm according to tool and operation. Mind the sticker "Optimal rpm range for milling tools
on bench spindle moulders" on your machine.
• Set working height and depth, and the tilting angle of the spindle, with the motor shut down.
• Set the milling fence and guards according to the operation.
• For safe working, test and retighten all important fastening bolts of the fence or table length extension.
• Carry out a test moulding run. Never work without suitable protective precautions.
