Sanding work
When doing sanding work with the sanding rollers
(optional accessories Order no. 7930 3500 or 7930
3000), the curved moulding fence is used as a guard.
The curved fence plate is not required and must be
taken off.

Setting the no. of revolutions
• Main switch to "1".
Important: Disengage motor on the red switch
button!
• Mind the maximum admissible rpm indicated
on the milling tool as well as the sticker on the
switch arm: "Optimum rpm range for milling
tools on bench spindle moulders."
• Your spindle moulder is equipped with rpm
speeds of 3000/6000/8200.
• Open the cover on the back. With the cover
open, the power supply to the motor is inter-
rupted.
• Loosen the belt tension unit to release the
belt.
• Choose the rpm.
• Release the ball-head bolt, set the desired
rpm; the corresponding pilot lamp on the
switch casing "3000/6000/8200" lights up.
• Retighten the ball-head bolt.
• Move the belt. The ribbed belt must run exact-
ly in the ribs of the pulleys.
• Clamp the belt tension device and close the
cover.
• Tension the belt and close the cover correctly,
in order to cancel the electric locking of the
motor.
