Interval Task
Every Electrical safety inspection of
2 years the display mounting system
according to IEC 62353.
Check rotability/stops of the
arm system.
Check the horizontal and verti-
cal joints of the arm system for
free movement and regrease
them if necessary.
Check the height stop of the
arm system and readjust it if
necessary.
Every Check the position and form of
2 years the circlip of the arm system.
The display mount and the
arm system must be de-ener-
gized.
Dimensions of the locking ele-
ment (at the spring arm). The
display mount and the arm
system must be de-energized.
Check the lifting force of the
spring arm and readjust if nec-
essary.
Check the arm system (central
axis, swivel arm, and spring
arm) for collision damage
(welding seams free of
cracks).
Check for deformations of the
arm system and whether parts
have become loose.
Check for paint damage and
cracks in plastic parts.
Check whether all plastic parts
are present and in the correct
position.
Perform functional and visual
inspection.
