There are four different stem lengths: L = 80, 92.5, 105 and 117.5 mm. In addition, the conical
inserts are reversible, which allows you, using the same stem, to obtain low and high positions
(see Fig. 10). The positions are indexed at intervals of 7.5°. The highest position is obtained
when the stem is vertical (see Fig. 11). Only 92.5 mm or longer stems can be fixed in the lowest
position or vertically.
