Adjustment with Ottobock C-Soft
INFORMATION
Secure data transfer is only assured up to a distance of 10 m between the BionicLink PC and the orthosis.

7.4.1 BionicLink

INFORMATION
Prior to connecting the 60X7 BionicLink, read the corresponding 647G782 Instructions for Use.
1) Open the plug cover.
2) Connect the cable of the BionicLink to the lower receptacle.
→ The blue LED on the BionicLink has to light up. If it does not, charge the orthosis battery or check the con­
necting cable.
3) Attach the BionicLink to the joint module using the hook-and-loop closure.

7.5 Using the Ottobock Data Station

For the use of the Ottobock Data Station, please read the 647G268 Instructions for Use enclosed with the software
package.

7.6 Using Ottobock C-Soft

CAUTION
Disconnecting/establishing the connection during the adjustment process with C-Soft
This may lead to falling caused by:
► Unexpected changes in the damping behaviour of the orthosis during the movement pattern.
→ As long as the patient is connected to Ottobock C-Soft when making adjustments, he or she must not be left
unattended.
→ Observe the maximum range of the Bluetooth connection.
→ If the connection fails while making adjustments, the CPO must immediately warn and secure the patient.
→ The connection to the orthosis must always be disconnected after adjustments have been completed.

7.6.1 Starting C-Soft

C-Soft can be started in the following ways:
New Job
1) Click the New Job button.
→ The New Job tab opens.
2) Click the C-Soft button.
INFORMATION: If an upper limb application has already been installed, this button is found on the Lower
Limb tab.
Existing Job
The job must have been created previously using C-Soft 2.6.
