9 Maintenance and cleaning
9.1 Cleaning the adapter, WK and iCAT WH

Risk of injury due to unexpected start-up.
The following instructions must be adhered to throughout all maintenance, servicing,
assembly, disassembly and repair work:
• Switch off the power source.
• Close off the compressed air supply.
• Switch off the entire welding system.
• Disconnect all electrical connections.
1 Dismount the cable assembly

2 Clean the iCAT ROBO WH with compressed air.
3 Blow compressed air through the adapter.
4 Unscrew clamping cylinder (1) from the iCAT
5 Blow compressed air through the clamping cylinder bore
6 Blow compressed air through the wire conduit bore
7 Mount clamping cylinder and cable assembly again
