6 Putting into operation
1 iCAT-WK adapter
2 Cylinder head screw M4x10

1 Disconnect the torch neck and remove it.
2 Disconnect the cable assembly from the wire feeder.
3 Unscrew cylinder head screw from corrugated hose clamp.
4 Unscrew cylinder head screw (2) from insulating sleeve (3) (max. tightening torque 3 Nm).
5 Remove the insulating sleeves (3).
6 Disconnect control lead (4) from cable assembly to the iCAT.
7 Unscrew the cylinder head screws (5) from the iCAT-WK adapter (1) to the iCAT
(max. tightening torque 3.5 Nm).
8 Remove iCAT-WK adapter (1) from the iCAT.
9 Slide/pull cable assembly through the iCAT.
Mount again in reverse order.
