• If you wish to terminate the charging process beforehand, press the „Batt Type/Stop" button.
Only an accumulator pack with exactly the same voltage for each cell provides the maximum performance and ser-
vice life for a model airplane/vehicle.
Variations in the quality of the materials used and the internal structure of multiple-cell LiPo accumulator packs
mean that the cells may have different voltages once discharged.
If such a LiPo accumulator is charged without the use of a balancer, large differences in the cell voltages emerge
very rapidly. This not only shortens the charge life (as one cell may give in under the voltage), but also damages the
accumulator as a result of a total discharge.

The procedure for charging corresponds to that described in
section 11b).
When the values are to be changed for the charging current or the
battery voltage, press the „Start/Enter" key.
Use the „+>" and „ " keys to change the values and confirm with

the „Start/Enter" key.
To start the charging, hold the „Start/Enter" key depressed for
approx three seconds.
After the battery pack connected is checked and confirmed, start
the charging by briefly pressing the „Start/Enter" key.
If a multi-cell accumulator is connected via the balancer connec-
tions, you can switch between the normal display and the display
of the cell voltages during the charge process with the „+>" but-
ton.
