ENTRETIEN DU MOTEUR.
Avant toute opération d'entretien et pour éviter tout risque de
démarrage accidentel de la tondeuse, retirez le capuchon de
la bougie.
Vidanges
Vérifiez le niveau d'huile avant chaque tonte. La marque laissée sur
la jauge à huile doit être située entre " ADD " et " FULL ".
- La première vidange doit être effectuée après les 5 premières
heures de fonctionnement. Ces heures sont à considérer comme
période de rodage pendant laquelle le moteur doit être ménagé.
- Ensuite, les vidanges sont à effectuer toutes les 50 heures ou une
fois par an. Si la tondeuse est utilisée dans des conditions difficiles
(température ambiante et charge élevées), prévoyez des vidanges
plus fréquentes.
Méthode de vidange.
- Fermez le robinet d'essence et faites tourner le moteur
jusqu'à ce que la cuve du carburateur soit vide.
- Tant que le moteur est encore chaud, effectuez la vidange
par l'orifice de remplissage (dessin). L'écoulement de l'huile
se fera plus facilement qu'à froid.

Vor jedem Eingriff zur Instandhaltung und ebenso um ein
ungewolltes Anspringen des Mähers zu verhindern, muss als
erstes der Zündkerzenstecker gezogen werden.
Ölwechsel
Prüfen Sie den Ölstand vor jeden Mähvorgang. Die Füllmenge muß
sich zwischen den Markierungen ADD und Full befinden.
- Der erste Ölwechsel sollte nach 5 Betriebsstunden erfolgen.
Diese Stunden sind als Einlaufzeit zu betrachten, in welcher
der Motor geschont werden muss.
- Danach müssen die Ölwechsel nach allen 50 Stunden
durchgeführt werden oder 1 mal jährlich. Wenn der Mäher in
harten Bedingungen arbeitet, sollte der ölwechsel öfters
durchgeführt werden.
Verfahren zum Ölwechsel.
- Schließen Sie den Benzinhahn, und lassen Sie den Motor bis zum
stillstand laufen.
- Solange der Motor noch warm ist, lassen Sie das öl aus dem
Einfüllstutzen laufen -Siehe Abbildung- Der Ölwechsel ist
leichter beim warmen Öl.
ENGINE MAINTENANCE
Remove the spark plug cap before any maintenance so as to
avoid any accidental start of the lawnmower.
Oil change
Check the oil level before each mow. The trace left on the gauge
should be situated between " ADD " and " FULL ".
- Oil has to be changed for the first time after the 5 first hours of
use. This time must be considered as a running-in period, and the
engine must be spared.
- After, the oil changes have to be done every 50 hours or once the
year. If the mower is used in hard conditions (high temperatures
and loads), change the oil more often.
Oil change method :
- Close the fuel cock and let the engine run until
the carburator tank is empty.
- As long as the engine is hot, drain the oil through the filler
neck - see picture - The oil will flow easily than when cold.
- Remove the oil cap and lay the mower on the side
(fig 1 page 4).
- Retirez la jauge à huile et couchez la tondeuse sur le côté
(fig. 1, page 4).
Attention à l'huile chaude vidangée.
- Récupérez l'huile usagée dans un récipient à sa sortie du
tube de remplissage.
Déposez l'huile usagée dans une station de récupération agréée.
Replacez la tondeuse sur ses roues, nettoyez soigneusement la
jauge à huile et le pourtour du tube de remplissage et refaites le
plein d'huile (voir chapitre " Préparation du moteur " page 20).
Filtre à air
Il est inévitable que des impuretés pénètrent dans le filtre à air.
Entretenez régulièrement le filtre à air du moteur : toutes les 50
heures ou une fois par an. Nettoyez-le plus souvent si la tondeuse
est utilisée dans des conditions très poussiéreuses.
Pas de nettoyage à l'essence ou à l'air comprimé.

- Desserrez les vis (A) et déposez le couvercle.
- Nettoyez soigneusement le couvercle.
- Retirez avec précaution la cartouche papier (C) et les préfiltres (B).
- Ziehen Sie den Ölsmesstand heraus und legen Sie den Mäher zur
Seite (abb. 1, Seite 4).
Achtung : das Motoröl ist heiss.
- Nehmen Sie das öl in einen Behälter auf.
Entsorgen Sie das Altöl bei einer zugelassenen Entsorgungsstelle.
Stellen Si den Mäher auf, reinigen Sie den Einfüllstutzen und füllen
Sie Öl nach ( Siehe Kapitel " Motor Öl " Seite 20).

Luftfilter

Es ist unvermeidlich, dass Verschmutzungen in den Luftfilter gelangen.
Warten Sie regelmässig den Motorluftfilter : alle 50 Stunden oder
einmal jährlich. Reinigen Sie ihn noch öfter, wenn der Mäher in sehr
staubiger Umgebung eingesetzt wird
Nicht mit druckluft oder Benzin reinigen.

- Lösen Sie die Schrauben (A) und entfernen Sie die
Abdeckung.
- Reinigen Sie sorgfältig die Abdeckung.
- Entfernen Sie vorsichtig den Papiereinsatz (C) und die Vorfilter (B).
Beware of the hot drained oil.
- Collect the used oil in a receptacle as it comes out of the filler
neck.
Dispose off used oil at an approved collection point.
Place the mower back on its wheels, carefully clean around the filler
neck and the dipstick and slowly pour in the new oil. (see chapter "
engine oil " page 20).
Air filter.
It is inevitable that impurities get into the air filter.
Maintain the engine filter regularly : every 50 hours or once a year.
Clean it more often if the mower is used in very dusty conditions.
Do not clean the filter with petrol or compressed air.

- Take out the screws (A) and remove the cover.
- Clean the cover gently.
- Remove the paper cartridge (C) and the prefilters (B) with care.
- Replace them when they are damaged.
- Wash the prefilters with liquid detergent and clear water.
