The telemetry interface consists of a physical connection COM2. COM2 is
adjustable as a TTY or RS485 interface. Cameras, dome cameras, and CDC050x
can be controlled via the telemetry interface.

Four DIP switches are used for setting these interface parameters. See Section
7.5: Setting interface parameters.
