3.4 Installationsvoraus-
setzungen
HINWEIS:
Nachfolgende Anschluss- und
Montageanweisungen werden als
bevorzugte Methode empfohlen. Die
Umgebungsbedingungen bestim-
men jedoch die tatsächlich anzu-
wendende Montage- und Installa-
tionsmethode. Die örtlichen
Bestimmungen sind in jedem Fall zu
berücksichtigen.
Um die einwandfreie Funktion des
Gerätes zu gewährleisten, müssen
folgende Daten unbedingt
eingehalten werden:
- Montagehöhe (Unterkante Gerät)
max. 1,8 m
- Abstand zwischen Gerät und
Produkt-Vorratsbehälter max. 4 m
(Saugleitung)
- Abstand zwischen Gerät und
Dosierstelle max. 10 m
(Dosierleitung)

3.4.1 Wandmontage

ACHTUNG:
Entsprechend der örtlichen Wand-
beschaffenheiten müssen passende
Befestigungselemente verwendet
werden.
Die Wandmontage ist wie folgt
durchzuführen:
1. Die vier Deckelschrauben (3,
Abb. 2) entfernen und den Deckel
(2) abnehmen.
2. Die Bohrlöcher an der vorge-
sehenen Stelle anzeichnen
(Montageplatte als Bohrscha-
blone verwenden). Löcher bohren
und Dübel (6) setzen.
3. Die Montageplatte (7) und das
Gehäuse (1) gem. Abb. 2 an der
Wand befestigen.
4. Den Gehäusedeckel nach Ab-
schluss der elektrischen An-
schlussarbeiten wieder aufsetzen
und dichtend festschrauben.
3.4 Prerequisites for
installation
NOTICE:
Give priority to the following
recommended connection and
installation instructions. However the
final methods used will depend on
the actual existing conditions on
site. Always, consider the site
conditions and regulations.
To guarantee an unproblematic
function of the unit, install the unit to
the following data.
- Unit installation height above
chemical reservoir (drum);
lower surface of the unit: max.
1,8 m
- Distance between unit and
chemical reservoir (drum): max. 4 m
(suction hose)
- Distance between unit and wash
machine dosing point: max. 10 m
(metering hose)

3.4.1 Wall mounting

CAUTION:
Ensure the correct mouting fixtures
are used for the type of wall con-
struction (i. e. brick, block board)!
Perform the wall mounting as
follows:
1. Remove the four cover screws (3,
figure 2) and take off the enclo-
sure cover (2).
2. Mark the fixing holes at the in-
tended points (use the mounting
plate as template). Drill the holes
and fix the wall plugs (6, figure 2).
3. Fix the mounting plate (7) and the
housing (1) to the wall see figure 2.
4. When the electrical connections
are complete, refit the enclosure
cover again and ensue screws
are tight.

3.4 Villkor för installation
OBSERVERA:
Prioritera att nedanstående
rekommenderade instruktioner bör
följas vid montering och installation.
Hursomhelst beror den slutgiltiga
metoden på gällande villkor på plats.
Tänk alltid på rådande läge och och
gällande föreskrifter.
För att garantera en problemfri
funktion av utrustningen bör man
installera enligt nedan:
- Monteringshöjd max. 1,8 m över
bottennivån på
kemikaliebehållaren
- Avståndet mellan utrustningen
kemikaliebehållaren får max vara
4m (sugslangen)
- Avståndet får max vara 10 m
mellan utrustningen och
maskinens doseringspunkt
(doseringsslangen)
3.4.1 Väggmontage
VARNING:
Försäkra er om att använda rätt
fästanordningar för den typ av
väggkonstruktion där utrustningen
skall monteras.
Genomför väggmonteringen enligt
följande:
1. Ta bort skruvarna (4st) (punkt3,
fig. 2) och ta bort frontkåpan (2).
2. Markera hålen genom att
använda monteringsplattan som
mall. Borra hålen och tryck in
pluggarna (punkt 6 fig. 2)
3. Fäst monteringsplattan (7) och
apparathuset (1) som visas i fig.
2.
4. Efter den elektriska installationen
är avslutad återplacera
frontkåpan och var noga med att
skruvarna är väl åtdragna.
