3.3.1 Anschluss der Messzelle

CDI 01

(Material.-Nr. 2.874.10)

Einbau der Messzelle:
1. In die Tankwand (6, Abb. 5) ein
Loch (ø 10 mm) bohren und mit
Hilfe eines Rekordlochers auf ø
23 mm ausstanzen.
2. Die Überwurfmutter (1) lösen und
gemeinsam mit dem O-Ring (2)
von der Anschlussleitung (3)
abziehen.
3. Die Messzelle (1) gemäß
Abbildung 5 in die Tankwand
einbauen.
HINWEIS:
Die Bohrung der Messzelle soll in
einem Winkel von ca. 45° zum
Tankboden stehen.
Anschluss der Messzelle am
Dosiergerät:
Die Anschlussleitung (3, Abb. 5) mit
Rundstecker an Eingang C
anschließen.
3.3.1 Connection of the
measuring cell CDI 01
(Material-No. 2.874.10)
Installation of the measuring cell:
1. Drill a 23 mm hole into the tank
wall (item 6, figure 5).
2. Release the union nut (1) and
withdraw it together with the
O-ring (2) from the connection
cable (3).
3. Install the measuring cell (1) into
the tank wall as shown in figure 5.
NOTICE:
The whole in the measuring cell
should be aligned angular to the
tank bottom (approx. 45°).
Connection of the measuring cell at
the metering unit:
Connect the cell cable (item 3, figure
5) with the round plug into the
socket (item C, figure 4) on the P3-
CDI 01 enclosure.

Installation av mätcell för dosering:
1. Borra ett 23 mm hål I tankväggen
(punkt 6 Fig. 5 nedan)
2. Lossa muttern (1) och dra åt den
igen tillsammans med O-ringen
(2) från installationskabeln (3).
3. Installera mätcellen (1) i
tankväggen som visas i fig. 5.

OBSERVERA:
Hålet i mätcellen måste vara
anslutet mot tankens botten med en
vinkel av c:a 45°
Anslutningen av mätcellen vid
doseringsutrustningen:
Anslut mätcellkabeln (punkt 3, fig. 5)
med en rund plugg i uttaget punkt C
fig. 4 på P3 CDI 01 apparathus.
