Emptying oil from the tank
• Remove the four carter clamping screws
at the back of the motor.
• Unloosen the Q screw and let all of the
oil fl ow out of the tank.
• The fi rst time you change the oil (see page
117), we suggest that you also clean the
metal fi lter which is positioned on the fi nal
end of the oil tank.
The disassembling procedure is the fol-
lowing:
• Unloosen the tank connecting carter
motor tube.
• Using a monkey wrench, unscrew the
joint having a metal net in clockwise
direction.
• Clean it with a jet of air
ATTENTION:
Always use eye protection during this
procedure.
