MAINTENANCE

WARNING
• Before carrying out any maintenance work, it is necessary to turn off the main switch and disconnect the equipment
from the mains.
• Before connecting the power cable and turning on the equipment, make sure that the enclosure is dry and that there
are no wet, damaged or dirty parts.
WARNING
• Do not use products that contain substances such as acetone, methyl chloride, ethyl alcohol, ammonia or ethyl acid.
• To clean plastic panels or shelves, use non-aggressive, neutral products. Do not use solvents such as synthetic
thinners, benzene, alcohol or abrasive products as they may damage the surface.
• Do not clean the equipment using water jets.
• Keep the filters of the optical units clean using a slightly damp cloth, do not use solvents;
• Cleaning and other operations relating to maintenance of the Tablet are described in the manual supplied with it.
Always refer to the latter before carrying out any maintenance on the Tablet.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Listed below are several problems that may be encountered on the wheel aligner equipment.

• In case of doubt, do not improvise but rather contact VSG ITALY s.r.l. technical support to receive instructions and
carry out the necessary procedures under safe conditions.
PROBLEM
Central panel not working (the illuminated sign
does not light up, the LEDs indicating the need to
recharge the battery do not light up)
The sensors do not switch on
The sensors are not recharged on the stands
The sensors are not communicating with the Tablet

CAUSE
- No mains voltage.
- Safety fuses interrupted.
- Battery completely flat.
- No mains voltage.

- Bluetooth connection not activated

SOLUTION
- Check the mains voltage.
- Check the safety fuses.
- Recharge battery.
- Check the mains voltage.
- Check the safety fuses.
- Switch on the sensors.
- Activate the Bluetooth connection on
the Tablet.
