Postprocessing
Observe the information concerning damage to health by involvement with infectious or
pathogenic germs in chapter 3.
9.1
After operation with the DYSSUCTION
1. Switch off the device.
2. Close the tube clamp on the suction tube.
3. Disconnect the suction tube from the suction attachment of the cuff cannula or the cuff tube.
4. Press on the lock at the top of the container (B), hold it down and pull the disposable secretion
container horizontally from the device.
5. Dispose of the disposable secretion container (250 ml) with stepped connector.
The disposable secretion container (250 ml) with stepped connector is a single-
use product and must be discarded after use.
6. Attach a new disposable secretion container to the device as described in chapter 7.4. Make
sure that the disposable secretion container is firmly attached to the device.
9.2
After operation with the DYSSUCTION
1. Switch off the device.
2. Close the tube clamp of the suction tube.
3. Disconnect the suction tube from the suction attachment of the cuff cannula or the cuff tube.
4. Disconnect the connecting tube of the "OneWay"
suction bag from the bottom end of the T-piece on the
"Bag" external container.
