4 Guarantee and information on product liability
GUARANTEE
The DYSSUCTION Suction Device M or DYSSUCTION
®
2 years. It will not be extended or renewed if repairs under guarantee are required.
The battery is guaranteed for 6 months. Wear parts are not included in the guarantee.
Warrant claims will not accepted if:
the device is opened by unauthorised persons,
•
the security seal is removed or damaged,
•
repairs are made by unauthorised persons,
•
the device has been modified,
•
because in these cases the basic safety of the device can no longer be guaranteed and its functions
may be restricted.
No liability will be accepted for damage caused by the use of non-recommended accessories and
spare parts or non-intended use.
Andreas Fahl Medizintechnik–Vertrieb GmbH guarantees to service the device for at least its service
life of 5 years.
PRODUCT LIABILITY
The operator of the device will be liable for the functioning of the device if:
the device is used for other than its intended purpose,
•
the device is not used in accordance with the instructions for use,
•
the device is opened by unauthorised persons,
•
the security seal is removed or damaged,
•
assembly, adjustments, expansions, reprocessing or repairs are conducted by unauthorised
•
persons,
unapproved accessories and spare parts are used.
