Occasionally, clean wood residues and sawdust from the guard casing of
the saw.

Occasionally, oil all moveable parts.

Always keep the machine table free from resin.

the underneath of it.
Belt Tension
•
Check the belt tension after the first 1-2 hours of operation.
•
In order to do this, remove the cover fitted to the side of the frame.
•
To check the belt tension, press down on the belt with your thumb using
medium pressure. The belt should flex about 2-3 mm.
•
Adjust the belt tension if required. To do this, loosen the 4 hexagon bolts
(1). Turn the motor anti-clockwise until the belt is tight.
•
Re-tighten the 4 hexagon bolts (1).
•
Re-fit the cover to the frame.
