Secure all parts to prevent them sliding before transportation.
• Use a pallet truck or the transport device from the scheppach accessories to transport the machine.
• Do not lift the machine by the table.
Observe the safety instructions before the start up
All safety devices and aids must be installed.
After connecting to the mains, your scheppach panel sizing saw is ready for operation.

Saw blade on switch (1) (green)

Phase inverter (only with machines with 3-phase motors)
• When connecting to the mains or in the event of the machine being moved
to another location, check the turning direction of the saw blade.
• If necessary, change the polarity with a screwdriver.

Saw blade height adjustment

• Turn the handwheel (1), in order to seamlessly adjust the height of the saw
blade (height adjustment range of the saw blade: 0 mm - max. 82 mm)

• Only adjust the height of the saw blade with the motor switched off

and the saw blade at a standstill.
Saw blade angle adjustment
• Loosen the wing nut (2) on the adjusting wheel (3)
• Turn the adjusting wheel (3) and select the angle with the help of the pointer
(4). (angle adjustment range of the saw blade: 90° - max. 45°)
• Tighten the wing nut again (2).
• Only adjust the angle of the saw blade with the motor switched off

and the saw blade at a standstill.
