Place the midi bowl in the
large bowl.
Place the disc on the disc
support.
"Top" is indicated in the middle of the disc to indicate the right way up.
There will always be tiny pieces of fruit and vegetables on the disc after grating or slicing.
This is perfectly normal in order to achieve good quality cutting. Simply remove them before
serving.
Slicing disc
Hard foods: To prevent the disc blade or motor from being damaged, do not add very
hard or very frozen ingredients, that cannot be pierced with the tip of a sharp knife. If a
hard piece of food, such as carrot, gets stuck in the disc blade, stop the appliance, remove
the disc and carefully remove the piece of food from the blade.
Discs: always handle with care.
Pusher: No other utensils should be used to push the ingredients down the opening, only
the pusher. Do not press the pusher too hard or you could damage the appliance.
Large / tough-skinned vegetables:
DISCS
Place the disc support over
the motor shaft.
Turn until it drops into
position.
Grating disc
push down gently.
Select the disc, e.g. R/G 4 = 4
mm grater E/S 2 = 2 mm slicer.
Make sure the disc
is not upside down.
