Blade Assembly
Place the seal on the blade.
Removing the Tool Assembly
Protect the counter top and
turn the bowl upside down.
Use the cap to unscrew the
blade screw.
Burns : always put the cap on the lid during use (unless otherwise indicated), particularly
with hot food. If you need to add ingredients during cooking, always press Stop first, add the
ingredients, then press Auto. When the cap is hot, always remove using the central plastic
part. Check that the hole in the lid is not obstructed from the inside (with food) or from the
outside (e.g. with a tea towel) as this could increase the pressure and cause the burning-hot
contents of the bowl to splatter.
Let the Universal Blade cool down for a few minutes before removing.
Put the seal on properly :
assembly can lead to leaks and damage the appliance.
Wear and tear of seals :
show signs of wear, damage or leaking, replace immediately.
Bowl and lid : check that the edges of the bowl are always clean. Examine the lid regularly.
Replace immediately if there are any cracks or chips or in the case of a heavy fall.
Respect the maximum amounts :
in all other cases. Never exceed the maximum amounts.
UNIVERSAL BLADE
Insert the blade into the hole at the
bottom of the bowl. Turn the bowl
upside down while holding the tool
firmly in place.
Unscrew in a clockwise
direction. This releases the
blade.
