TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Keep-warm function
2 hours : Food can be kept warm in the thermo bowl for up to 2 hours without using any
electricity.
Lid
Removing the lid: to prevent the lid from dripping onto the worktop, check that the cap is
properly screwed on, then lift the lid and immediately turn upside down over the bowl before
placing upside down on the worktop.
Using the 2-in-1 spatula
2-in-1 spatula : the spatula has a silicone part for mixing ingredients and an inside metal part
to scrape the bowl, but only if food is stuck to the bottom.
Replacing the Univeral Blade
Regular use of the Cook Expert to chop hard ingredients will cause wear
and tear of the Univeral Blade. Recommendations are given below to replace
the blade from time to time depending on how you use the metal bowl.
