Setting up your appliance
Place your Cook Expert on a flat surface designed to support its weight, away from sources of
heat and water. The Cook Expert is made of quality, recyclable materials such as aluminium,
metal and glass, designed to make the appliance very stable. Allow sufficient room for it to
be always easily accessible without having to move it.
Do not place it under a cupboard or shelf as the steam produced by the appliance could cause
damage. Make sure it is not on the edge of the counter top. Before you use the appliance for
the first time, clean all the parts with soapy water (see Cleaning pages 19 and 26)
