Selection of the working range
Fast Fourier transform analysis can be performed with
various resolutions. To select the resolution, several basic
functions must

The baseline should
have
been read in fromthe oscilloscope. The number of sampling
points is a function of the scope's memory depth (e.g. with
the HM 408 in MONO
mode = 4096 sampling points). The
ZOOM function of this program can then be used to reduce
the number of sampling points for evaluation to 512. When
