F2 key "READ"
Prior to reading the oscilloscope data, the entry window
SCALATION appears; this is used for communicating the
parameter settings of the scope to the program. The
number of options contained in it depends on the
oscilloscope type being used. The missing values can be
entered manually; or else they are provided by the
oscilloscope together with the rest of the readout data. The
corresponding entry window appears automatically each
time the F2 key "READ* is pressed, before data are read in.
The entered parameters are saved and reappear the next
time the F2 key is pressed. Unless it is wished to make
changes, it is then only necessary to acknowledge by
striking the RETURN key, whereupon the oscilloscope
image is transferred. Those parameters wich cannot be
accessed for modifications will be automatically set during
data-transfer from oscilloscope, appropriately

the SET SCALATION window, also a faster manuell
readfunction. Only available from Menu2.
