F6 key "CALC"
Pressing the F6 key opens a dialog window containing
mathematical
and auxiliary routines.
The designations:
ADD addition
SUB subtraction
MULTI
multiplication
DIV division
SQUARE square
INV inversion
INT(abs) integration of | INT integration absolute value
DIFF differentiation
COPY TO duplicate to
MOVE
12>34 fixed shift of channels 1+2 to 3+4
MOVE TO move to a self select channel
DELETE deletion of a channel
FFT fast Fourier transform
The functions are selected using the cursor keys. Channel
3 is automatically preselected as the results channel (but
is freely selectable by the user). It is automatically calculated
when the RETURN
key is pressed. If it is now wished, for
example, to integrate the result in channel
3, then the
"CALC" menu must be called again by pressing F6. Then
select INT (integrate) and use the TAB key to select the
channel
to be integrated in the first column.
Since the
middle column is irrelevant for integration and squaring of
values, it is then only necessary to select the channel for
the results of calculation in the last column. After pressing
RETURN the result is calculated and depicted as channel
4. Unintentionally calculated curves can be erased with
DELETE.
