Data storage
PROScope
permits data storage in binary format. Press
"F9 OPT." to open a text entry window and add a single-line
comment to the data record.
Printing out
For documentation purposes,
two different printing modes
are provided: 1. a copy of the screen can be printed out; 2.
all measurement points captured by the oscilloscope can
be printed in selectable sizes.
Entry windows
All complex
menu
commands,
are supported
by an
appropriate entry windows. These entry windows use an
SAA-equivalent standard. This standard is aimed at creating
a uniform user interface in order to simplify program
operation.
Installation
Starting the program
The PROScope program consists of several modules. All
of the them are needed for proper functioning of the
software. If you own a computer that has only one or two
floppy disk drives, it is also possible to store the help texts
in one language only. Always begin by making a backup
copy of your program diskette. Copy the software to an
empty, formatted diskette. To doso, usethe DOS command
COPY *.*, followed by the letter of the drive; e.g. "B:". Then
store the original diskette in a safe place.
