IMPORTANT: Clean the plate appro-
priately, using the equipment available on
request.
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Switch the appliance off and leave it to cool.

Use a scraper tool to remove cooking resi-

dues from the plate.
Spread a suitable degreaser on the plate and

leave it to act for a few minutes.
Clean the plate thoroughly with a sponge,

rinse with plenty of water and dry.
IMPORTANT: Rinse the cooking pla-
te thoroughly to remove all residues of the
degreasing detergent, and prevent stains
and marks from forming when the plate is
put back into use.
