Description of timing operations: since coils are
directly fitted on crankcase, timing check is limited
to thè verification that contact breaker points
opening with thè correct spark advance.
For checking thè timing act as follows:
1) - Mount thè indexing fixt. "A" (tool T. 0030259) in
place of thè sparking plug and anchor to thè
crankshaft thè graduated disc "C" (drg. T. 0023465),
by means of thè special nut.
Apply thè apparatus "D" (tool T. 0027533, which
function with 220 V a. c.).
Ziindeinstellung des Motors: Da die Spulen unmittel-
bar auf dem Gehàuse angebracht sind, beschrànkt
sich
die Kontrolle der. Ziindeinstellung auf der
Nachpriifung, da6 die Óffnung der Unterbrecher-
kontakte mit der richtigen Verstellung beginnt.
Zur Priifung und Einstellung verfàhrt man wie
nachstehend aufgefùhrt:
1) - Den Zeiger "A" (Werkzeug T. 0030259) an Stelle
der Zùndkerze einschrauben und die Gradscheibe
"C" (Werkzeug T. 0023465) unmittelbar auf der
Kurbelwelle mittels der entsprechender Bundmutter
befestigen.
Contróle calage moteur: Puisque les bobines sont
montées directement sur le carter, le contróle du
calage est limitò à verifier que l'ouverture des
contacts du rupteur commence avec l'avance à
l'allumage correct. Pour le contròie et le réglage,
procèder comme suit:
1) - Monter l'indicateur "A" (outil T. 0030259) au lieu
de la bougie et fixer sur le vilebrequin, avec l'écrou à
embase prevu à cet effet, le disque graduò "C" (dess.
T. 0023465).
Poser l'appareil ''D" (outil T. 0027533 qui fonctionne
en courant alternatif à 220V).
