Piston and cylinder supplied by thè factory as
spares are marked with letters of thè alphabet. In thè
case where a cylinder or a piston is to be substituted
it should be countersigned with thè same letter as
thè mating component.
In thè case of a rebored cylinder, thè dimension "E"
(Fig. 45) should exceed thè dimension "C" on thè
piston to be fitted (marked on thè piston itself), by
thè value indicated for each vehicle, "Clearance on
assy".
Die von der Firma gelieferten Ersatzteile Kolben und
Zylinder sind mit Buchstaben gekennzeichnet. Im
Falle, da(3 sowohl der Kolben als auch der Zylinder
ersetzt wird, mùssen Teile mit demselben Buchsta¬
ben verwendet werden.
Wird UbermaG-Schleifen des Zylinders vorgenom-
men, so muG "E" (Bild 45) das Mal3 "C" des zu
montierenden Kolbens (auf d. Kolben angegeben)
um
den "Einbauspiel" bezeichneten Wert ùber-
schreiten.

Les pistons et les cylindres fournis par la Maison en
pièces de rechange sont marqués par des lettres de
l'alphabet. En cas de remplacement du piston et du
cylindre il faut monter des pièces marquées par la
mème lettre. Si on doit majorer le cylindre, la
mesure "E" (fig. 45) devra dépasser la mesure "C"
du piston a monter (marquée sur le piston mème) de
la valuer indiquée dans la colonne: Jeu au montage.

On assembling thè piston into thè cylinder, ensurethatthe
arrow stamped on thè crown of thè piston is facing thè
cylinder exhaust port.
Beim Einbau des Kolbens in den Zylinder darauf achten,
daB der auf dem Kolbenboden eingepragte Pfell gegen
den AuslaBschiltz des Zylinders gerichtet ist.
Au remontage du piston dans le cylindre, faire attention
que la flèche marquée sur le haut du piston soit tournée
vers l'ouverture de décharge.
