Installation:
1) Position the chain onto the sprockets ensu-
ring correct timing (see XVII.3.).
2) Position the special tool (37, fig. 52) with the
flat surface as an anvil under the links to be
connected.
3) Slide the link pins (39) from below through
the links and place this on the "anvil" of the
special tool (37).
Attention:
Apply clean grease onto the connec-
ting link and position the O-rings in the
same place where they had been when
disassembling!
4) Slip the connecting plate (38) on the pins
(39) and tap it with the hammer over the pins
(fig. 53).
Attention:
Ensure the O-rings are not damaged
during assembly (squeezed) because
they are angled and thus do not ensure
a good seal greas of the chain link!
Position the connecting spring over the pins.
