8. Install the supplied roller track as described in
the instructions in the manual contained in the
packaging.

Before connecting the compressed air to the
machine, make sure that the front pedals are
positioned as shown in the illustration below and
that the tool assembly is locked to prevent individual
elements from moving and thus causing injuries and
damages in the area of the tire changing machine.
4.2.3 Connect pistol for inflating tires

Depending on the machine version ordered, the tire
inflation pistol may already be included in the scope
of delivery.

If the machine housing is already open for
installation purposes, proceed with connecting the
pistol. Otherwise, proceed as follows.
1. Partially remove the side cover to gain access to the
grounding cable.
2. Disconnect grounding cable.
3. Remove the side cover completely.

4. Position the pistol for inflating tires on the mounting
on the side of the column.
5. If this is not available, insert the rotary connection
included in the scope of delivery into the bottom
part of the pistol.
6. Connect the hose included in the scope of delivery
to the pistol for inflating tires.

For a better grip, seal the port with insulating tape.
7. Connect the provided connection hose to the VGP
valve inside the housing.

8. Reconnect the ground cable.
9. Attach the side cover.
