4.2.2 Set up the machine

To perform the tasks described below, the following
is required:
R
1 hoisting strap model DR50 (safety factor
6:1), length 1 m.
R
1 hoisting strap model DR50 (safety factor 6:1),
length 4 m.
R
1 hoisting strap model DR50 (safety factor 6:1),
length 2 m for Tecnoroller NG.
R
a suitable crane for hoisting
FALCO EVO 628 S (IT) V8.
1. Unscrew the screws with which the
FALCO EVO 628 S (IT) V8 fastened on the pallet.

2. Remove one eyebolt from the side of the
Tecnoroller NG and attach it to the top plate.

Return the eyebolt to its original position, if only the
Tecnoroller NG needs to be moved.
Damage warning!
The straps can crush the supply hoses of the
cylinder or damage attachment parts of the
FALCO EVO 628 S (IT) V8.

Take care when fitting the straps.
3. Attach the straps as shown in the illustration.
