Replacing and fi tting the brushes
To replace (check, clean) the brushes, proceed as follows:
MEGA 612:
•
lift the brush basement by means of pedal 11, fi g.3
•
perform a snap movement (clockwise or anticlockwise) to unlock brush
(F) and (G) from its triangle mount (H). .
For fi tting a new brush. Follow the instructions below:
•
to lock the brush on the deck, couple the triangle (I) of the brushes (F)
and (G) to the triangle mount (H) of the deck and perform a snap mo-
vement again in the opposite direction than the one described above.
MEGA 722:
The brushes support has two inspection slots (E) used for check or replace the
brush if necessary:
•
open the cover and insert the hand trough the slot (E).
•
extend the spring 2 to unlock the brush kit 3 from hub 4.
•
fi t the (new) brush and lock it on the hub
•
close the inspection slot by means of cover and knob.
MEGA 531:
Turn counterclockwise (C) the brush 5 and unlock it from support. Fit the (new)
brush and turn it clockwise (D) to lock it.
MEGA 512 R:
1.
un-screw the screw 9 and remove the cover 10
2.
take out the brushes 11 from the right side, as shown in the picture
3.
repeat the same operation in opposite way to fi t the (new) brushes.

Sustitución y montaje de los cepillos
Para sustituir (comprobar, limpiar) los cepillos, proceder como sigue:
MEGA 612
•
levantar la base de cepillos utilizando el pedal 11, fi g.3.
•
desbloquear el cepillo (F) y (G) del soporte triangular (H) realizando un
movimiento de golpe (horario y anti horario) y retirarlo.
Para instalar un nuevo cepillo, proceder de la siguiente manera:
•
acoplar el triángulo (I) del cepillo (F) y (G) con el «soporte» triangular (H)
de la base y realizar otra vez un movimiento de golpe en sentido contra-
rio a lo descrito anteriormente para desbloquearlo.
MEGA 722:
El soporte de los cepillos tiene dos aberturas (E) de inspección utilizadas para
comprobar o reemplazar el cepillo, si es necesario actuar en la siguiente manera:
•
abrir la protección y insertar la mano en la abertura (E).
•
estirar el muelle 2 hacia el exterior y desenganchar el cepillo 3 del cubo 4.
•
montar el nuevo cepillo y bloquearlo en el cubo.
•
cerrar la abertura con su proteción y pomo.
MEGA 531:
Girar (un tramo del recorrido) el cepillo 5, en sentido izquierda (C), desblo-
queándolo y extrayéndolo. Introducir el (nuevo) cepillo en soporte y girarlo hacia
la derecha (D) para bloquearlo.
MEGA 512 R:
1.
desenroscar el tornillo 9 y quitar la cobertura 10.
2.
quitar el cepillo 11 en el lado derecho de la base como se muestra en
la imagen.
3.
repita las operaciones en el orden inverso para montar el (nuevo) cepillo.
