Necessary precautions
1.
The scrubber/drier must only be used by competent, responsible per-
sons.
2.
When the scrubber/drier is left unattended, remove the key 5 from swi-
tch 1 and stop it moving by engaging and locking the parking lever 2
(optional) on handlebar.
3.
When the fl oor-washer is not in use, the brushes and squeegee must be
raised to avoid deformation of the bristles and rubbers blades.(It is sug-
gested to lift up the squegee using lever 8 when the machine is moving
rearward)
4.
Never stop the machine on slopes.

Warning!
In areas with an ambient temperature above 43°C, THE MACHINE SHOULD
NOT BE USED.
In areas with ambient temperature below the freezing threshold of 0°,
the WASHING FUNCTION MUST NOT BE USED.

Warning!
Before using the scrubber/drier, check the level of fl uid in the batteries.
(with lead-acid batteries).
Instructions for starting up the scrubber-drier
Points for scrubber start-up:
1.
Make sure that the recovered water tank 4 is empty.
2.
Fill the solution tank 3.
3.
Check that the brushes and squeegee are raised above the ground.
4.
Check that the brake 2 is released.
5.
Insert the key 5 (fi g. 3) in the general control panel and turn it on pos.1,
this will supply power to the general control system.
6.
Switch "on" the vacuum by pressing the button 6.
7.
Switch on the brushes by pushing the button 7. For lowering of the bru-
sh basement, use the pedal 11 .
8.
Lowering the squeegee, by lever 8.
Pos. A= squeegee raised.
Pos. B= squeegee lowered.
9.
Turn on the solution tap using the lever 9 and its fl ow regulating rod. see
"WASHING - Choosing the detergent".
10.
Set the working speed by potentiometer 10.
11.
When the batteries reach the programmed discharge level, the machine
automatically acts as follows:
•
The brushes rotation stops automatically. It is necessari to lift up the bru-
sh basement (pedal 11) in order not to damage the brushes.
•
The suction motors will be automaticcaly switched off and at the end
also traction will be dis-activated.

Precauciones necesarias
1.
La fregadora debe ser utilizada únicamente por personas competentes
y responsables.
2.
Cuando se aleje de la fregadora de suelos, se debe extraer la llave 5 del
interruptor 1 y accionar la manija 2 (opcional) del freno con su palanca
de estacionamiento.
3.
Cuando la fregadora está en reposo, los cepillos y la boquilla de secadon
deben estar elevados, a fi n de evitar que las cerdas y las gomas se defor-
men (es conveniente elevar la boquilla de secado mediante la palanca 8,
cuando la máquina ha de retroceder).
4.
No parar la máquina en una pendiente.

Atención!
En zonas con una temperatura ambiente superior a 43°C, NO SE DEBE UTI-
LIZAR LA MÁQUINA.
En zonas con una temperatura ambiente inferior al umbral de congela-
ción de 0°, NO DEBE UTILIZARSE LA FUNCIÓN DE LAVADO.

Atención!
Antes de utilizar la fregadora, comprobar el nivel del líquido en las ba-
terías (con baterías de plomo-ácido).
Normas para la puesta en funcionamiento de la fregadora
Puntos para la primera puesta en funcionamiento de la fregadora:
1.
Compruebe que el depósito 4 del agua de recuperación esté vacío.
2.
Ilene el depósito de la solución 3 detergente (véase la fi gura inferior).
3.
Compruebe que los cepillos y la boquilla de secado están levantados
del suelo.
4.
Compruebe que el freno 2 no esté accionado.
5.
Introduzca la llave 5 en el cuadro general y gírela en pos.1 Con esta ope-
ración suministrará corriente al equipo de control general.
6.
Accione la aspiración mediante el pulsador 6.
7.
Accione la rotación de los cepillos mediante el pulsador 7. El cabezal de
cepillos sobre el pavimento, se baja con palanca 11.
8.
Bajar la boquilla de secado mediante palanca 8.
Pos.A = Elevación de la boquilla de secado.
Pos.B = Descenso de la boquilla de secado.
9.
Abra el grifo de la solución mediante la palanca 9 y regular la cantidad
con su varilla. Vease "FREGADO - Elección del detergente"
10.
Seleccionar la velocidad de trabajo mediante el potenciometro 10.
11.
Cuando la batería está agotada, la máquina efectúa la siguiente opera-
ción:
•
Bloquea automáticamente la rotación de los cepillos. Con el fi n de no
dañar los cepillos, levantar el cabezal con la palanca 11.
•
Desactivar la aspiración, para permitir completar el trabajo.
