5.
Remove the front cover from the system by loosening the screws on the side.
6.
Pull gently at the bottom of the front cover and carefully lift it upwards.
7.
Place the system on the screws through the keyholes on the back and align it. Tighten
the screws with a suitable tool (max. torque 5 Nm).
8.
Install and close the supplied shut-off valves upstream and downstream of the system.
9.
Complete all welding, soldering or press-fitting work.
10. Open the stop valves upstream and downstream of the system.
11. Flush system.
12. Check the system for leakage.
13. Attach the front cover to the product.
Observe a free drop section with a safety distance of H > 2 di > 20 mm.
1.
Install the free drain for the intended water exchange underneath the product.
2.
Provide for an anti-syphon trap immediately downstream of the free drain.
3.
Ensure the drain pipe has sufficient volume in accordance with DIN 1986-100 and
DIN EN 12056.
4.
Finally, carry out a professional commissioning, also verifying the intended operation
after the initial filling.
As with the domestic hot water circulation, flush and vent the system professionally.
In a multi-strand installation, provide valves for hydronic balancing.
The thermal insulation shells included in the scope of delivery are intended for drinking wa-
ter circulation.
If condensation forms, the pump can also be insulated with Wilo cold water insulation shells
(Wilo-ClimaForm) or any other commercially available diffusion-proof insulation materials.
CAUTION
Electrical defect!
Condensate that accumulates in the motor can cause an electrical defect.
• Insulate the pump housing only up to the separating gap to the motor!
• Keep the condensate drain grooves unobstructed to ensure that con-
densate that develops in the motor can drain off unobstructed!
Electrical connection may only be carried out by a qualified electrician and in accordance
with the applicable regulations!
Safety-relevant information from other chapters must be strictly observed!
