8.3
Electrical connections
POWER SUPPLY
The specifications of the mains power supply must comply with national plant engineering standards and be sufficient for the sufficient on the data plate
and in the data book.
The mains voltage must correspond to the nominal value +/- 10%. For units with three-phase supply with neutral the maximum permissible unbalance
between phases is 2%. The unit must be connected to a TT or TN(S) type power supply system.
Install an overload cut-out device, not included in the supply, on the supply line of the electrical panel in compliance with national plant engineering
regulations.
The protective device must ensure disconnection from the mains with a contact opening distance that permits complete disconnection under the conditions
of overvoltage category III.
The protection switch (QF1, see circuit diagram) must be selected in accordance with the unit's electrical data on the data plate and in the data book.
The differential switch must be of type B, suitable for protection against leakage currents with a direct component.
The unit should only be powered after installation work (hydraulic and electrical) has been completed.
Make an efficient ground connection. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for any damage caused by ineffective grounding of the unit.
Power connections
For the power input cable, it is recommended to use a ferrite core, e.g. Fair-Rite 0431176451, around the L-N wires (excluding PE) for single-phase sizes
and around the L1-L2-L3+PE wires for three-phase sizes. The use of screened cable is also recommended. The screen must be connected to ground
on the electrical panel side.
An efficient ground connection is mandatory. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for any damage caused by ineffective grounding of the appliance.
For units with three-phase power supply, check the correct connection of the phases.
