Mounting new gap seals at the fixed
bearing end
• Insert the PU strips in the slots in the
frame and aluminum cover and push
them up to the carriage.
• Align them centrally around the strip
guides and screw them down on the
carriage using washers.
Mounting the fixed bearing end
block
• Push the ball screw drive (BS), com-
plete with carriage and bearing block,
into the frame.
• While doing so, carefully insert the
floating bearing into the floating
bearing block as far as it will go.
• Move the carriage as close as possible
to the fixed bearing end.
• Align the fixed bearing block with the
outer contours of the frame.
• Screw in the four screws of strength
class 12.9. u ! 10.1
• Align the aluminum cover and screw it
down using two screws. u ! 10.1
Completing the mounting procedure
• Turning the coupling and screw by
hand, test the carriage movement over
the full length of the unit. The move-
ment should be smooth and there
should not be any unusual noises.
• If necessary, correct the assembly.
• If the PU strips corrugate too much with
movement of the carriage, retension
them.
• Mount the motor and coupling. ! 7.1
or 7.2
• Mount the motor with side drive timing
belt. ! 7.5

Montage des nouvelles protections
des ouvertures longitudinales pour
le côté palier fixe des CKK 12-90,
CKK 15-110, CKK 20-145
• Faire glisser les bandes en PU dans
les fentes sur le corps principal et sur
le cache de protection en aluminium
jusqu'au plateau.
• Centrer les bandes sur le renvoi et les
fixer au plateau en utilisant des ron-
delles.
Montage de l'entretoise de palier
fixe
• Glisser la VAB avec le plateau et
l'entretoise dans le corps principal,
• ce faisant, glisser prudemment les
roulements libres dans l'entretoise
de palier libre jusqu'en butée.
• Rapprocher le plateau autant que pos-
sible du côté palier fixe.
• Aligner l'entretoise de palier fixe par
rapport aux contours extérieurs du
corps principal.
• Visser quatre vis de la classe de résis-
tance 12.9. u ! 10.1
• Aligner le cache en aluminium et le
fixer à l'aide de deux vis. u ! 10.1
Fin du montage
• Procéder à une course d'essai manuelle
sur toute la longueur à l'aide du moyeu
d'accouplement et de la vis. S'assurer
de la facilité de déplacement et rester
attentif aux bruits inhabituels.
• Corriger l'assemblage si nécessaire.
• Si les bandes en PU ondulent trop lors
du déplacement, les retendre.
• Monter le moteur et l'accouplement.

• Monter le moteur avec renvoi par
poulies et courroie. ! 7.5

sul lato del cuscinetto di vincolo
assiale
• Infilare i nastri in poliuretano nelle
scanalature lungo il profilato di base
e nella copertura in alluminio fino a
giungere alla tavola.
• Allineare al centro del deviatore, ten-
dere per bene e serrare alla tavola con
le rondelle.
Montare la testata del cuscinetto di
vincolo assiale
• Spingere la vite con sfere, la tavola e la
testata nel profilato di base.
• Infilare il cuscinetto di vincolo radia-
le attraverso il foro della testata del
cuscinetto di vincolo radiale e intro-
durre con cautela fino all'arresto.
• Avvicinare la tavola quanto più possi-
bile al lato del cuscinetto di vincolo
assiale.
• Allineare la testata del cuscinetto di
vincolo assiale ai profili esterni del
profilato di base.
• Avvitare quattro viti della classe di
resistenza 12.9. u ! 10.1
• Allineare la copertura in alluminio e
fissare con due viti. u ! 10.1
Concludere il montaggio
• Far ruotare il giunto e la vite a mano e
far scorrere la tavola, a titolo di prova,
su tutta la lunghezza. Far attenzione
alla mancata scorrevolezza e a rumori
insoliti.
• Eventualmente correggere l'assem-
blaggio.
• Se durante la corsa i nastri si ondulano
troppo, tendere nuovamente.
• Montare il motore con il giunto. ! 7.1
o 7.2
• Montare il motore con trasmissione a
cinghia e puleggia. ! 7.5
