CKK 25-200: Installing the fixed
bearing (angular contact ball
bearing)
• Turn over the fixed bearing block and
lay it down on a flat surface.
• Carefully push the new fixed bearing
into the block as far as it will go. Do
not tilt the bearing and do not exert
pressure in the inner race!
• Use new, self-locking socket-head cap
screws of strength class 8.8.
• Tighten the screws cross-wise.
• Tightening torque: 9.5 Nm.
Mounting the fixed bearing block
F The screw should be pulled out only
20 to max. 30 mm from the frame so that
the floating bearing will not slip out of the
bore in the floating bearing block.
Do not pull the screw any further
out of the frame!
• Push the block with fixed bearing onto
the screw of the ball screw drive (BS).
• Hold the screw in place using a suitable
open-jawed wrench.
• Tighten the slotted nut with double the
tightening torque M
(1), loosen it

again, then retighten with the torque
M
. This will preload the fixed bearing.

• Fix the slotted nut in place with two set
screws (2).
• Clip on the strip wipers and align them.
• Push the fixed bearing block up against
the frame and align it with the outer
contours of the frame.
• Screw in the four screws of strength
class 12.9. u ! 10.2
• Carefully align the aluminum cover and
the strip wipers with one another.
• Screw in the two screws. u ! 10.2
• Mount the motor with coupling. ! 7.3
• Mount the motor with side drive timing
belt. ! 7.5

Montage du palier fixe (roulement
à billes à contact oblique) sur le
CKK 25-200
• Retourner l'entretoise et la déposer sur
un support plan.
• Introduire le nouveau palier fixe pru-
demment dans l'entretoise jusqu'en
butée sans gauchir le palier et sans
appuyer sur la bague extérieure du
palier !
• Utiliser des vis à tête cylindrique avec
frein-filet de la classe 8.8.
• Serrer les vis en croix.
• Couple de serrage : 9,5 Nm.
Montage de l'entretoise de palier
fixe
F Ne retirer la vis du corps principal
que de 20 à 30 mm maximum pour que le
palier libre ne tombe pas de son alésage
dans l'entretoise.
Ne pas retirer la vis davantage
du corps principal !
• Glisser l'entretoise avec le palier fixe
sur la vis.
• Maintenir la vis à l'aide d'une clé plate
adaptée.
• Serrer l'écrou à encoches au double du
couple de serrage M
(1), le desserrer

et le resserrer au couple de serrage M
Le palier fixe est ainsi précontraint.
• Fixer l'écrou à encoches avec les deux
vis sans tête (2).
• Insérer les racleurs de bande sur l'entre-
toise et les aligner.
• Introduire l'entretoise de palier fixe sur
le corps principal et l'aligner par rap-
port aux contours extérieurs du corps
principal.
• Visser quatre vis de la classe de résis-
tance 12.9. u ! 10.2
• Aligner prudemment le cache en alu-
minium et le racleur de bande l'un par
rapport à l'autre.
• Visser deux vis. u ! 10.2
• Monter le moteur et l'accouplement.
! 7.3
• Monter le moteur avec renvoi par
poulies et courroie. ! 7.5

corona di sfere)
• Girare la testata e poggiarla su un
supporto piano.
• Infilare con cautela un nuovo cuscinetto
di vincolo assiale nella testata fino
all'arresto facendo attenzione a non
inclinarlo e a non esercitare pressione
sull'anello interno del cuscinetto!
• Utilizzare nuove viti cilindriche auto-
bloccanti in classe di resistenza 8.8.
• Serrare le viti a croce.
• Coppia di serraggio: 9,5 Nm.
Montare la testata del cuscinetto di
vincolo assiale
F Estrarre la vite da 20 a massimo
30 mm dal profilato di base affinché il
cuscinetto di vincolo radiale non scivoli
fuori dal foro della testata del cuscinetto
di vincolo radiale.
Non estrarre ulteriormente la vite
dal profilato di base!
• Calzare la testata con il cuscinetto di
vincolo assiale sul codolo della vite a
sfere.
• Tenere la vite con una chiave fissa
idonea.

• Serrare la ghiera a tacche con coppia

(1), riallentare e avvitare

definitivamente serrando con coppia
semplice M
. Con ciò viene precaricato
A1
il cuscinetto di vincolo assiale.
• Fissare la ghiera a tacche con due grani
filettati (2).
• Infilare il serranastro ed allineare.
• Spostare la testata del cuscinetto di
vincolo assiale verso il profilato di base
ed allinearla ai profili esterni del profi-
lato di base.
• Avvitare quattro viti della classe di
resistenza 12.9. u ! 10.2
• Allineare fra di loro con cautela la
copertura in alluminio ed il serranastro.
• Avvitare due viti. u ! 10.2
• Montare il motore con il giunto. ! 7.3
• Montare il motore con la trasmissione
a cinghia e puleggia. ! 7.5
