replacement
• Mount the cover. ! 10.5
• Coat the ring nut with Loctite 638
adhesive and screw it into place.
Tightening torques for ring nut:
– CKK 12-90: 7 Nm
– CKK 15-110: 19 Nm
– CKK 20-145: 28 Nm
• Mount the motor with coupling. ! 7.1
or 7.2
• Mount the motor with side drive timing
belt. ! 7.5

Fin du remplacement de l'entretoise
de palier fixe sur les CKK 12-90,
CKK 15-110, CKK 20-145
• Remettre en place le cache de protec-
tion. ! 10.5
• Enduire la bague filetée avec de la colle
Loctite 638 et la serrer.
Couples de serrage de la bague filetée :
– CKK 12-90 : 7 Nm
– CKK 15-110 : 19 Nm
– CKK 20-145 : 28 Nm
• Monter le moteur et l'accouplement.
! 7.1 ou 7.2
• Monter le moteur avec renvoi par
poulies et courroie. ! 7.5

concludere la sostituzione della te-
stata del cuscinetto di vincolo assiale
• Montare la copertura. ! 10.5
• Spalmare con colla Loctite 638 la
ghiera filettata e avvitarla serrando.
Coppie di serraggio della ghiera filettata:
– CKK 12-90: 7 Nm
– CKK 15-110: 19 Nm
– CKK 20-145: 28 Nm
• Montare il motore con il giunto. ! 7.1
o 7.2
• Montare il motore con la trasmissione
a cinghia e puleggia. ! 7.5
