3. Securing the
Compact Modules
3.1 Securing Compact Modules
using clamping fixtures
Do not position any supports
under the end blocks (1)! The frame is
the load bearing structure. Wherever
possible, it should be supported along
its entire length (2).
Make sure the clamping fixtures
are evenly distributed along the entire
length of the module.
F The clamping fixtures have counter-
sunk holes for screws to ISO 4762.
• On each side of the Compact Module
install at least the following number
per meter:
– 6 clamping fixtures with one hole
– 4 clamping fixtures with two holes,
– 3 clamping fixtures with four holes!

pacts par pièces de bridage
Ne pas supporter les modules
compacts sur les entretoises (1) ! La
pièce portante est le corps principal.
Le supporter sur toute la longueur
dans la mesure du possible (2).
Prévoir une répartition régulière
des pièces de bridage sur toute la
longueur du module.
F Les pièces de bridage sont munies
de lamages pour les vis selon ISO 4762.
• Sur chaque côté du module compact
monter au moins :
– 6 pièces de bridage avec un trou au
mètre,
– 4 pièces de bridage avec 2 trous au

mètre, ou
– 3 pièces de bridage avec 4 trous au
mètre !

3.1 Fissare i Linearmoduli
Compact con staffe
Non appoggiare i Linearmoduli
Compact sulle traverse (1)! Il profilato di
base è l'elemento portante. Se possibile,
appoggiare il medesimo su tutta la lun-
ghezza (2).
Predisporre una distribuzione uni-
forme delle staffe di fissaggio su tutta la
lunghezza.
F Le staffe di fissaggio sono dotate di
svasature per viti a norma ISO 4762.
• Numero raccomandato di staffe di
fissaggio per ogni lato:
– con un foro: 6 staffe per metro,
– con due fori: 4 staffe per metro
– con quattro fori: 3 staffe per metro!
