62 RAVING PROGRAM DATA
The SAVE Key (Group A) activates the procedure for
storing rhythm program data on tape.
1)
Make sure that the tape is advanced past the end of the
leader (the differently-colored strip at the beginning of
the tape).
Set the level (Volume) control to a normal (intermediate)
position. (If your recorder has meters, refer to the Setting
Level section below.)
Start your recorder recording. Wait a few seconds, then
press the SAVE Key (Group A). The Display will change
as shown:

After about a minute and a half, all of the program data
will be recorded and the Display will change back to the
normal Tape Mode display:
To guard against accidental erasure, tape dropout or other
problems, you should record the same data two or three times,
with at least a five second gap between each recording.
NOTE:
If you press the SAVE Key again, while the program
data is being recorded, the SAVE operation will be
cancelled and the rest of the program data will not be
stored on tape.
63 CHECKING THE RECORDED PROGRAM
DATA
After using SAVE, you can use the CHECK procedure to
find out if there are any errors in the recorded data. CHECK
will also produce an "Err" display if the tape is good but the
program data is different from the programs in the KPR-77.

Rewind the tape past the beginning of the recorded data.

Press the CHECK Key (Group C). The Display will change
as shown:

Play back the tape. Set playback Volume to a normal
listening level, and set the Tone control (if present) to 10.
If the data was recorded properly, the Display will return
to the original display:

Die SAVE-Taste (Gruppe A) aktiviert das Verfahren

Sie bitte den Abschnitt ,,Einttallen des Pegels" unten.)
Beginnen Sie mit der Aufnahme. Warten Sie einige Sekun-
den und dricken Sie dann die SAVETaste (Gruppe A).
Das Display andert sich wie gezeigt:

aufgezeichnet und das Display schaltet auf die normale Tape-

Als VorsichtsmaBnahme gegen versehentliches Lose hen.
Aussetzer und sonstige Probleme, empf iehlt es sich, dieselben
Daten zwei- bis dreimal aufzuzeichnen und dabei mindestens
ein 5-Sekunden-lntervall zwischen den einzelnen Aufnahmen
zu lessen.
ZUR BEACHTUNG: Wenn die SAVETaste erneut gedruckt
wird, wahrend die Programmdaten aufgezeichnet werden,
wird
der
SAVE-Vorgang unterbrochen,
und die
rest-
lichen Programmdaten werden nicht auf Band gespeichert.
6.3 PRUFEN (CHECK) DER AUFGEZEICH-
NETEN PROGRAMMADATEN
Nach
dem
SAVE-Vorgang
kann man mit
Hilfe des
CHECK-Verfahrens feststellen, ob irgendwelche Fehler in
den aufgezeichneten Daten sind. CHECK erzeugt auch eine
,#Err"-Meldung, wenn das Band in Ordniing ist, die Programm
daten sich jedoch von den Programmen im KPR-77 unter-
Kheiden.

Das Band bis hinter den Anfang der aufgezeichneten
Daten zuriickspulen.

Die
CHECK-Taste
(Gruppe C) drucken. Das Display
andert sich wie gezeigt:

Das
Band
abspielen.
Die
Wiedergabe-Lautstarke
auf
normale Zimmerlautstarke und den Klangregler
(falls
vorhanden) auf 10 einstellen. Falls die Daten richtig
aufgezeichnet worden sind, kehrt das Display zur ur-
sprunglichen Anzeige zuruck:
